House Rules:
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 people. Underage groups attempting to check in will not be allowed access to the home and will forfeit the entirety of their reservation amount.
The minimum renter age is 25.

Rental Rules:
1. Smoking is NOT allowed (this includes outside on the property). Violation of
this rule will result in a full loss of security deposit, and any additional costs
incurred for cleaning/removal of smell will be paid for by Guest.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay
overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole
responsibility of guests. All persons on the property during rental period are
required to follow the rental rules.
3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others
whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Fire Extinguisher is located on the wall in the laundry room.
6. Pets are NOT allowed at any time. Violation of this rule will result in a full loss
of security deposit, and any additional costs incurred for cleaning/removal of
smell will be paid for by guests.
7. Parking: You are allowed a max of 4 cars. The driveway has capacity to fit 4 vehicles. Parking on the street directly in front of the house is permissible. When parking in the driveway, please enter and exit the driveway slowly as there is a steep incline when turning from the street.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally-parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle
owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath
towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental
rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from VBcasa. Please place trash in the outdoor trash cans prior to check out in the alley. Guest should read through “check out instructions” list provided in VBcasa Manual material prior to check out to avoid additional
housekeeping costs. If excessive housekeeping is required post stay, Guest may
forfeit security deposit to pay for additional costs incurred.
9. Propane Fire pit and Gas Grill: DO NOT place any paper or other combustible materials in the fire pit or gas grills. Violation of this rule may result in a loss of security deposit if the fire pit and grill are damaged. When you are not using the fire pit or grill please turn the tank to the "closed" position. Please turn the gas off on the gas tank for the fire pit and grill when finished using. After use ensure that the flame is put out and that the gas is turned off.
10: Indoor Fireplace: Fireplace in living room is for decoration only. Do not use. We have provided an outdoor firepit for you to enjoy.
11. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
